Selby Family Session/Sherwood, Oregon Portrait Photographer

Not to touch the earth, not to see the sun
Nothing left to do but
Run, run, run
Let's run, let's run

House upon the hill, moon is lying still
Shadows of the trees
Witnessing the wild breeze
C'mon baby run with me let's run

Run with me
Run with me
Run with me
Let's run

-The Doors, 'Not to Touch the Earth'

I am lucky to call Brenda my friend. She is a blast to hang out with. Easy to talk with, chill, funny, a runner, smart and positive.  She is a strong woman.  Brenda and Jeff have been together since they were babies! Ok, maybe not that long but since they were teens. And the Selby family have been supporters of my little business ever since my first year.  And I am ever so grateful.

This session was smooth sailing. The kiddos were as sweet as can be. My favorite part was at the end when Miss. A and Mr. M were telling each other silly secrets and making each other bust into giggle fits. The best!

Thank you Selby family for supporting me! Go forth and keep on rockin'!

Fifth Birthday Session-Newberg/Portland Area Photographer

May God bless and keep you always
May your wishes all come true
May you always do for others
And let others do for you
May you build a ladder to the stars
And climb on every rung
May you stay forever young
Forever young, forever young
May you stay forever young." -Bob Dylan

I first met Miss E when I photographed her for her 3rd birthday session at the super fun Rocket Fizz (http://www.rocketfizz.com/). At three, she was filled with a playful spirit which was so fun to capture.

I also got to photograph her for her fourth birthday session where she got to dress -up as a princess and twirl. At first she was reserved and I knew her silly, playful personality was still there but I enjoyed seeing this other side of Miss E. Some of my favorite photos from this session were where she was showing her quiet, hesitant side.

Miss E recently celebrated her fifth birthday and I am so honored to be chosen again to document this special time. This time we choose the beautiful Camp Tilikum as our location (http://camptilikum.org/). Miss E showed up ready and excited for her time in front of the camera. This girl is a natural! Her personality just shines. Fun, sweet, silly, smart and playful.  I love how the photos turned out and I love reconnecting with people that I photographed previously. Especially little ones, it's fun to see their personalities flourish.

Happy 5th Miss E!  Go fourth and rock your sixth year!!
